★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been having my dental services here for more than a year now. Never hesitated to pursue my braces treatment here afterwards. The dentists are so comforting, the assistants and the staffs are all very friendly, courteous & efficient. They completely threw all my childhood fears of going to the dentist away and replace it with the feeling of a visit that I look forward to every month. Thank you very much to Dr. Munirah & the team at Dr. Smile Taman Melawati for a pleasant experience ??

The staffs directed me to post my feedback here, so here goes my long honest review!
Pros :
1. Cheap price compared to other dental clinics around the area
2. Nice ambience and polite staffs/dentists
Cons :
1. Before getting my braces done :
- Scaling not properly done and not clean, Dr. wasn't gentle throughout treatment (they compensated by giving back another appt for free scaling)
2. During braces period :
- Dr. again shows negligence, unpleasantly got injured 3 times in 3 different monthly appt (a cut on the lips, inside cheek, and inside lips) which btw gave me a traumatic experience until now
- Dr. only apologized however it happened again and because I have started my dental treatment there, I forced myself to tolerate with all those inexperienced service provided, which is just bad!
- Didn't provide any braces progress/report. No proper consultation was done and no professionalism. Just touch and go without any conversation every MONTH.
3. After getting my braces off :
- Teeth not perfectly alligned before taking off the braces (dentist explained why but still not satisfied with the results of the 5k+ that I've paid for the braces throughout 2 1/2 years) but then just decided to go ahead and remove them as suggested by the Dr. They most probably don't want to keep/retain their customers yang dah habis bayar.
- Super awful after service by clinic (no proper thorough consultation on the next course of action to maintain teeth and retainers). No suggestion, no recommendation, nothing.
- Bad service. Staffs don't even know what they advised on. Super relieved that I got out of there.
Overall Experience : Terrible. Poor Communication. Unskilled dentists (I strongly recommend people to find a professional dentist who CARES and is ATTENTIVE in planning your dental treatment)

I have been going there for few years due to my braces and they have been nothing but very kind and supportive to their patients. The doctor that has been treating me was Dr Munirah. She’s very very sweet and always ensure I understand the procedures and what’s currently happening with my teeth. The nurses were also very helpful. If you guys looking for teeth treatment, please go here. They’re very good! ❤️ I’ll definitely come here again for another treatment ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immaculate treatment !!!, Nice, warm and friendly services starting from the register counter staffs, the nurses and the doctors itself.( Dr Shawal ). 6 STAR!!! Treatment was very gentle, painless, professional and with tender loving care.
I highly recommend those whom fear to see a dental doctor for tooth treatment. THIS is the right place to come.
The treatment price is reasonable and good also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very reasonable price. Dr Firdaus was very gentle (it was hard work extracting my molar). Procedure took 15 minutes, but he and his assistants were so polite and made sure no unnecessary pain inflicted during the process. It cost me RM150 all in. Would definitely recommend this clinic.
