The dentist never checked the teeth condition thru xray (as per procedure) and directly do the filling, plus the filling also overflow dental filling (my tooth was still pain after the fillings and even after they trimmed it become worst, swell for a week) and I checked in other dental surgery centre the Dr let know that the filling is poorly done and the hole was already deep which supposedly have to do root canal and instead the so call PART TIME dentist Dr hannah to be precise who worked on Saturday did fillings without knowing what's the real cause of the problem of the teeth.. I've done it on September and now December I still bare the pain for the mistake they have done! Definely will bring this issue to the Majlis Pergigian Malaysia and civil court as medical malpractice.
I went there due to see the ratings from Google but definitely its never a 5 star rating job... If can give negetive 5 star I would definitely do that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a root canal treatment follow up today and the treatment last week by Dr. Diyana..Before the procedure I was so stressed up since this is my first experienced. She was comforting and the procedure went so smooth and slight pain only. Dr.Diyana was amazing so too was the assistants helping her. She took time to call me and update on my conditions.Thumbs up Dr Diyana and all the team ?

i am satisfied with the service and price. Definitely will come again for regular scaling or other treatment (if needed).

I'd say good clinic for kids too as the dentists are skilled in ensuring patient has least painful experience and will not be afraid to come again to visit the dentist. This clinic has several dentist and treatment room so the waiting time is ok. The toilet and the prayer room are clean too. A lot of parking spaces. No appointment required so it'll be base on first come basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there last 2 weeks for wisdom tooth removal by minor surgery ; i think there are some to be improved;
1. On my first checking, i went for survey and the doc told me range of price which is for general surgery 500-800. So i thought that all cost which is maximum 800 including xray, consultation (checkup fees) and medicine. Unfortunately, the cost only for “surgery”. I think that u have to give the range of price including all the consultation, checkup fees and medicine in order for us as a patient to have all the calculation and put on budgetary for the treatment cost.
2. After done my surgery which was around 40 minutes, the doctor assistant ask me to go directly to front counter and saying that all post surgery care will be brief and told by them (front desk). But then, i had only got to pay my bills, given mc and the medicine, thats all. All the post surgery care, which is what to do, what cannot do, what to eat not been told by them. Then i have too google myself and mostly in google all the doctors from other clinic brief properly to their patients on post surgery care. Quite dissapointed.
3. The front desk not so friendly. Please train them how to work properly as a front desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We get dental treatment for our whole family here. Love the environment, and it is so convenient with lots of parking spaces, seating area inside the clinic, toilets and prayer area.
Docs are all nice. Dr Erfa gave very quite comprehensive explanation before giving out the treatment so that patients can make informed decisions with regards to the treatment that they gonna choose. She is also very gentle which makes me less nervous to undergo for treatment and feeling minimal pain as possible.
For my kids Dr, she is very friendly and really know how to handle kids very well. Love the way she talked to kids to ensure they are not afraid while doing the treatment. Same goes to the nurses too. Good job!
Price is affordable too with the kind of service that you get. I am totally recommending this clinic.
