★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello. I felt a bit cheated during your service the other with your staff at ksl city mall. I was looking around and wanted to check my power first. She made me go into the room with the optometrist and get my eye checked. I wasnt confirm to buy it. I wanted to go other shops and have a look first, however she said i have to pay 30rm even if im not taking the specs. My spec costed me around 225rm, when i go to other shop only around 100+ ( lens with frame). Your staff was so into the sale and didnt give me the space and time to think and rushed me to get my eyes checked. I felt really cheated and i hope this will not happen again to other customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to do specs at the KSL CITY branch. Staffs are great. They give you good advice and furthermore it's very reasonable pricing. It's not a normal lense I got, instead I opted for a transition type. Overall it was reasonable. Workmanship was great as expected. I'm happy with my specs. It's not about young or old, there staffs are adequately knowledgeable about spectacles. Keep it up.
