β β β β β First, the service provided by Kpj is very good, all the staff are nice to everyone. Of course, as a first timer I have a good experience.Dr Syed and his clinic staff are friendly and nice. They are very helpful, patiently to answer my questions. Also, Iβm easy to get in touch with Dr Syed by phone so I can ask him anything regarding my baby boy. And he will give suggestions to help me with my problems. Overall the experience is good for me. I will recommend Dr.Syed to my friends or family if they needed.

β β β β β Our favourite paediatrician since 2014. All of my 4kids are his patients and we really love Dr Syed. We were once admitted the whole family due to h1n1 for a week and few times due to influenza, high fever etc. Dr Syed really took care of us and make sure we are all OK to let us discharged and rest at home. Countless time to check whether the kids are OK while waiting for our room to be ready. Maybe that's one of sooooo many reason Dr Syed would be my only suggestion to family and friends when people ask who is the best paeds in Seremban. He is very soft spoken and explain in detail of what our diagnosis are, what treatment to do, what medication do we need, what else to do to take care of our kids.. not only in his official duty time but also outside his working hour. Thank you so much Dr Syed.. We love you and may Allah bless you always dunia akhirat.. Aamiinnn β€οΈ

β β β β β Dr Syed is very good with children. My 4 year old son doesn't like to get approached by strangers very much but the first time he met Dr. Syed, he smiles and did not throw any tantrum. He also put the best interest of your children first. If you are living in Seremban, and still undecided which paediatrician to go to, consult Dr. Syed!

β β β β β Dr Syed attended when my son born 5 years ago and for my daughter 2 years ago. He's a gem of a doctor who listen 1st then suggest his recovery method. The best part is he always refer his diagnosis method with legitimate reference. He's a doctor who displays a calm and professional attitude in any situation. He's a specialist where you can reach to him anytime when there's an emergency. Dr Syed is a specialist who gives ? when it comes to patients sickness

β β β β β My son had a very high fever, and I brought him to see Dr. Syed at KPJ Seremban. Very quickly Dr. Syed attended to his situation with great care and kindness. His language struck me the most as very assuring yet loving and kind, more than I ever experienced with any other Paeditricians. He took the time not only to speak to me, but to my son as well. Even though the situation was worrying, his assurance made me feel like my son would be OKk
As it turned out, my other son also required hospitalization as well and both of them ended up at the ward for over a week
Everyday Dr. Syed would show up explaining thoroughly the situation, taking the time to speak to each of my son explaining everything, including the results from the tests that were done - he really took the time to make sure they understood what was happening to them. Dr Syed was present in the weekends doing rounds and when needed, he would contact me on the phone to update on things. Despite the tough experience of being warded, I felt like we were blessed to have Dr Syed taking care of the kids.
Even until today, I know the attention and kindness that Dr Syed has shown has impacted my sons in very good ways
Dr Syed is truly an example of a childrenβs specialist who truly cares about children beyond just whatβs required, medically. He shows empathy; kindness and positivities that is quite contagious. He embraces his responsibilities and took them many steps further, as if each child is his own.
Thank you so much Dr Syed. I would recommend Dr Syed in a heart beat to any parent!

β β β β β Itβs Dr.Syed who treated my twin sons when they were hospitalised. Unlike other specialists, a paediatrician must have strong medical background and knowledge encompassing broad range of health specialisms, and then importantly applying it at the right time, i.e. mastering decision making skills. Itβs not easy to find Doctors who fulfil both the criteria but I witnessed it from Dr.Syed from the way he treated my sons, and also other kids in the ward. He is a great listener and makes us feel comfortable, respects people regardless of who you are, and tactfully handles kids with patience. Such a great human! Alhamdhulillah! The Almighty pointed us to the right person and my kids are doing fine now. Thank you Doctor.

β β β β β Dr Syed Jeffrizal attended when my daughter Annur Sofea Hana was born 9 years ago and for my son Ayden 6 years ago in KPJ Seremban.
He is truly a great pediatrician, kids loves him so much, and comfortable with him because he's very soft spoken, very gentle to kids.
What I like most about him is, he always gives very detail explanations for each sickness and problems and what great about him is he always have proper explanation and solutions to every problem so parents won't be left worried alone.
I can't never thank Dr Syed Jeffrizal enough for all his help, support and advice towards us and our kids. He is the only best pediatrician I can ever think of in Malaysia, and KPJ Seremban is very lucky to have him.
He is calm, very professional yet friendly, I would highly suggest and I would recommend him as the best Doctor in Negeri Sembilan. Best part is, he is a specialist where you can reach to him anytime when there's an emergency.
I wish Dr Syed Jeffrizal the best in his future undertakings, keep on helping and serving people who needs his help.
