I took up their recent promotion and did lip fillers. The staff was friendly. During the consultation I pointed out the points that I hope to achieve and what I don’t like about my current lips and I hope the fillers could even out. It’s now about 4 weeks, and the upper lips that I wanted even out was not even out. Instead the other side looks plumper than the other so now it looks off. Also the doctor said he’ll make my middle upper lip protrude a little and now I think it’s very pororo-like. 2 stars because at least he managed to help me achieve the lower lips I wanted. I was up for a review where the staff said he will either dissolve the bumps (yes there’s still bumps in my inner lips and the middle portion) or massage it, but I’m a little hesitant as I communicated what I wanted in the consultation and now my upper lips look off so I doubt the review will be any helpful other than them giving me the option of dissolving my upper lips. It’ll just be weirder to dissolve the upper lips and not the lower one. I will probably just live with this uneven lips since it’ll last for 6 months or fix it with another clinic. A lesson I learned is to always make sure pictures are shown to view previous works first. Update: I would like to respond to the reply you’ve given, I only cancelled my review once due to flight cancellation. The other time was set without my knowledge as I’ve communicated ?. I’ve spoken to friends who’ve done the same form of fillers at other clinics and decided against returning for the review because if it can’t be done properly for the first time, then I’ll just be betting with a 50% chance when I return. My side lips are really thinned out and I have a pretty big upper middle portion lip - I kid you not it’s exactly like pororo. Thank you for being proactive in trying to fix this but I’m just not comfortable returning after the results I’ve had ?

After walk in and do consultation. Haven’t start to do anything. Then the next day, the clinic block my WhatsApp and unable to call anymore. Seem like the clinic’s doctor not confident to provide best service to the patient and afraid unable to achieve client expectations. Frankly speaking, I plan to give them a chance to try if price reasonable. But doctor give a high price if compare to other place and suggest me go somewhere else to do it. Obviously, doctor not confident to do the treatment and afraid patient complain before start to do any treatment. Or they afraid I am mystery shopper. It is funny. Haha... Frankly speaking, I plan to give good comment if the treatment is good with reasonable price. I am not that kind unreasonable customer. From my understanding from the doctor, the treatment won’t be very effective. To be honest if not very effective, it is acceptable if price given lower a bit. I won’t give negative feedback if the price and result I get is worth for it. I feel the doctor too afraid of negative comment. If the doctor already not confident before start to do treatment then how to ask other patient to trust the doctor. It is really funny. Pls give me a call if you saw this comment. Then I will delete this comment. Response from your reply: I never say I could not accept the downtime. I am still considering. And are you sure this is accidentally block WhatsApp ? I dun think so. It is purposely did it instructed by someone is it? As I still unable to call your clinic number to make enquiry and talk to Doctor until now. WhatsApp also no reply. Frankly speaking, if doctor not confident to do it, just let me know honestly, do not need to block client. This is really not a good service and will cause other client loss confidence in Doctor. As during consultation, paid RM30 for consultation, doctor did admit to me that the result/outcome may not very good. And there is a possibility the oil seeds will grow back. And if the result may not be satisfactory, of course Clients will expect lower price. It is expensive if no result guaranteed and there is a possibility to grow back. Frankly speaking, just let me know if doctor do not dare to do this business, it is not necessary to block client’s number. As there are so many clinics everywhere provide same services. Client not necessary must come to this clinic. This is really a bad experience to client who walk in for consultation. And the price given in WhatsApp and during walk in is totally different. Beside that, enquire about HIFU and found out the process to do HIFU seem like slightly different from other clinic, so the price of HIFU in this clinic slightly lower than other clinic. To be honest, and found out that HIFU is not so effective as the advertisement, but all clinics charge such a high fee for HIFU treatment which is really unfair to all client/patient. If the result for HIFU also not very obvious and effective, the clinic should not charge so much to a client. I wondering who is the one allow all doctors or clinics simply set the price without consider the result of the treatment and without consider consumer’s benefit at all.

Dr. Wee os nice and knowledgeable but the receptionists are terrible. They won't even greet you when you enter the door. They all look like you owe them money and they treat you so terribly even though you're the customer and in fact the one paying them. They need to be trained to do good and accommodating customer service and be nicer. Sometimes there's three of them in the reception and no one would ever greet you Hello or Hi welcome. So rude they will just stare at you. Need to be trained! This is my work email. I am a regular customer by the way qnd this is not q hoax.

Very good doctor and clinic environment. But extremely lousy nurse and staffs. They show bad attitude to patients and are always NOT attentive when people talk. 1. They never say thank you, nor any smile at all 2. Tell them to use pin for your debit card & they will insist on using wave while telling you they didn't hear you 3. Somemore forgot to give you your medicine and blame you its your fault for not taking it (cause I was on the phone) Highly advise that they undergo common-sense customer service course for the image of clinic. If not rather hire elder people than these young ladies who lack of manners.

Loves the staff, doctor and environment at Dr Wee Clinic. Dr Wee and staff did a very good jobs to allay my anxiety! No hard selling and hidden cost here, you pay exactly what you do. Affordable price. Definitely will come back again! Fantastic service! Highly recommended.

my experience with this clinic is for Aesthetic and anti aging only. i find them pushing a lot of beauty products. My daughter had skin condition and we have been visiting this doctor for more than 6 months, but doesnt seem to be working. the improvement is minor. and every time we consult, we are recommended to buy a lot of beauty products, like moisturizers, creams, etc etc, but the main issue doesnt seem to be improving, so i decided for a 2nd opinion, and the new skin doctor says the issue has been miss diagnosed and gave us new medication. At last within 2 weeks i see a vast improvement. i was also frustrated that the creams sold are at 3 times the cost if you would buy it from shopee and lazada. but i guess thats how the business is run. this really thought me about the importance of a 2nd opinion
