★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十多年前 ，当我七十多岁的老母亲说了一句药很贵啊，血压中风的老母亲被诉说了一顿。我担心地追着医生去交药单的脚步，他不耐烦地回答我的提问...种种场景我还记得。我最遗憾的是同善两位男女工作人员，他们对我保证说医生从外国留学，医术高明。实际上他们是睁眼说瞎话，只要是谁当天当值，那位医生就是他们所推荐的。我母亲吃了药，高血压两天内从160下到110。第二天母亲不舒服，她已经不相信诊断，但我相信了工作人员的保证，劝说母亲吃药。第三天，母亲夜里跌倒，她又中风了。
 More than ten years ago, when my 70-year-old mother said that medicine is expensive, the old mother who suffered from blood pressure and stroke was told a meal. I worriedly followed in the footsteps of the doctor to hand in the prescription, and he answered my questions impatiently... I still remember all the scenes. What I regret most is the two male and female staff members of Tongshan, who assured me that the doctor has studied abroad and is highly skilled. In fact, they are talking nonsense with their eyes open. As long as whoever is on duty that day, that doctor is the one they recommend. My mother took medicine and her high blood pressure went from 160 to 110 in two days. The next day my mother was not feeling well, she no longer believed in the diagnosis, but I believed the staff's assurance and persuaded my mother to take medicine. On the third day, my mother fell at night and she had another stroke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst doctors ever. Arrogant with no care or empathy for the patient. He talks as if the patient is a 3rd class citizen. Snobbish and answer questions with questions. If I can post zero rating I would.

Really disappointed. Just make old people trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and worst experience ever in my life on getting the consultation from this doctor. My mom is having a minor stroke. This doctor isn’t showing any empathy and saying is normal most of the old people get stroke at at age of 80++. And my mom is lucky that’s only minor . The reason I choose Hospital Tung Sin is because of western + Chinese treatment. When I asked about his professional advice, shock answer from him is don’t do. If not, mom wil completely disable or not here anymore! And I am trying to talk you her in English, to avoid these kind of negatative massage sending to mom or any patient, yet after English conversation, he translate to hokkien to mom in his “threaten” way. This is so unprofessional and never show any cares towards a patient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever in my life on getting the consultation from doctor. My mom is having Belle’s palsy. Second time in her life and suffering. This doctor isn’t showing any empathy and when I was asking if we can go a thorough check up, his reply is completely rude. He was saying if we think there is possibility of cancer, my mom is not here anymore! This is so unprofessional and never show any cares towards a patient! And, he said if you are rich, you can go for MRI screening, hospital needs more money from that! Most arrogant and selfish doctor I have ever met!
