β β β β β If you look for surgery (especially to remove a lump from any part of your body) from Dr. Low Eu Huat, you better think twice about his service.
I had a extremely outrageous experience with Dr. Low Eu Huat.
Dr. Low Eu Huat was a surgeon for my mother lump removal. The lump was in back of shoulder. He told us everything was fine and nothing to be worry with the lump, after he review operation report and lab report of the lump. These reports were not provided by him or hospital.
After about 16 months, the lump growth again but in front of shoulder near to neck. We consulted Dr. Low Eu Huat again, he read the last time lab report and he told us this lump look like to be malignant. We were very furious with his careless judgement. He didn't care and read properly after the operation. The more ridiculous was, he told us he can remove the lump as soon as tomorrow. This was such a reckless judgement again. He repeated his mistake again by not further examine my mother condition and push for surgery.
My mother felt no confidence with him. We requested to get all the document from hospital and consulted with other surgeon in another hospital. This surgeon confirm this lump is malignant and it is high possibility of cancer tumor, after he read the lab report. He was shocked that Dr. Low Eu Huat told us everything was fine.
Therefore please THINK TWICE if you want to have a lump removal surgery with Dr. Low Eu Huat !!
