★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give it less than one star, I would! We ordered just three dishes and they came at 15 minute intervals. What we received was NOTHING like what we had ordered! The difference between the menu photos and the reality was just unbelievable. When we're complained, the woman just pretended that she couldn't speak English and just kept smiling inanely at us. I ordered sweet and sour pork, but it was all crispy batter and onions with no meat, plus vegetables which, when they arrived, was just a plate of noodles with almost no vegetable. If I'd ordered this from a street stall, I could forgive, but we went here because we were led to believe that it was exclusive. The three dishes with drinks cost rm106 including the compulsory service charge which, I objected to paying. If you want to be ripped off and pay well over the top for a disgusting meal that is nothing like you're expecting, then this is the place for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager Kim has amazing customer service and made the entire dining experience amazing thanks to her sincere and genuine effort in making our dinner a joyful one. She greeted us with happy eyes and cheerful chinese new year wishes during the meal and yeesang session, making the dinner 10x better. Overall 10/10 experience, only downside is the male manager at the counter was a little rude when i arrived, but otherwise the experience was still a great one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty as always. The supervisor is flexible to demand on dish ingredient change/swap. Love the piggy buns with lotus and red bean paste. Their tea taste really great, premium grade tea.
