I used to go there many years ago and it was NEVER like that. The current staff and lady in charge don’t even bother with the filth that goes around there. So many dead fishes left and right so obvious everywhere and yet they really don’t bother cleaning it out? Dead bettas in containers. Dead Kois. I was just there earlier to get some fishes and the staff there talks and looks at you in a very ill mannered way. It used to be owned by this old couple but since they’ve been gone the quality have really gone down :/
At the entrance itself were so many tanks GREYED because of all the dead fishes mixed with the live fishes it was really sad to look at but that’s how it is now.. I pity the fishes really they really shouldn’t be running an aquatic store if the owner herself would just sit there and not do anything to improve the place plus having a staff together not very welcoming.
Although it’s a convenient aquatic store near home, I’m sorry to say that it will be the last time I visit the place unless some changes are made to it. I’d rather travel an extra mile for better quality and service.

You have to be interviewed before you can enter as they really want to know why you want to come in and what your looking for. Annoying but I travel this far to have a look, I give my reason which is genuine.
Their fish are mostly sick! Can tell by the fin and water treatment.
But they have bulk of old stock of accessories but at current market price which does not make sense. Found a rare item like Eye Care for Turtle and small light that is one left and rare to find. Tried to haggle the price down from an unrealistic number but the owner wont move much. The box is damage and have missing parts! Annoyingly I did not agree and leave, but it was definitely a rare item.
