I sent my dog for the basic grooming at 10 am and asked them at 2:30 pm. They said that my dog had not been handled well. I told them that I had sent my dog at 10 am and they immediately told me that my dog was finished. Then ask me to wait another 30 minutes?
After I picked up my dog, I found that they did not clean the hair after trimming. All the cut fur is attached to my car.
WILL NOT GO FOR NEXT TIME

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my baby for grooming and boarding for 4 nights. PGH took good care of my baby and my baby looked happy when I picked her up.
My baby has hypoallergenic skin, so she has specific food and shampoo to use. If you forget to bring your own shampoo for your pooch, must let the staff know!!! If not they'll bathe your pooch in normal shampoo which wouldn't be great for your pup.

Sent Bruno last week. He loved it there.
I got to praise the groomer there for letting me know the problem with Bruno. We went to the vet and it was exactly what we were advised by them!
Good job being so caring towards all your customers. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve sent my dog for grooming a couple of times. It’s seem like every time I brought her there, they’ve always cut her fur way too short. Guessing it’s probably because they want to save time and make their job easier. I’m going to stop sending my dog there, because my dog got a bacterial infection, my dog was also very depressed and upset when she got home after the grooming. The bacterial infection was very severe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay seems like good place, friendly staff, a bit pricey. I went there to groom my new kitten. RM80.00 (around $20 USD). But they couldn’t groom him because my kitten was less than 1 week toke the vaccination. Located in Main Place Mall. Plenty of parking there. I prefer to call them for appointments before you walk in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been a loyal customer for the past 4 years. as a new pet owner, i have always thought everything is "normal" until i recently found a better groomer shop. here is what i've experienced for years thinking it was normal:
1. Dogs are placed on high tables before/after grooming with leash on. I requested to place my dog on the floor, they say no because there could be uncontrol pees / poos.
2. after a full groom, my dog is always covered with excess furs all over my shirt and car seats. i always have a mind set to wear clothes that i no longer use before picking up my dog.
3. his paws, butt and skin is always very red and irritated after grooming, scoots all over the floor once he's home.
4. my dog is always tired and depress after grooming.
5. purchase a grooming package deal in 2020, tnc is to groom every month. however due to mco in 2021, it was not safe to be out, i had skip a couple of month but owner insist that package is forfeited. knowing that ive been a loyal customer, not only she insist no, she also comment "every other customers still came during mco".
overall, i do not recommend this place for grooming.
