★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The legend hiking place in Kampar. Very much covered by greens hence a very cooling hike. Lots of interesting huge boulders and cave like structures. It’s a little steep.
You can reach the peak in an hour if you’re fit. Otherwise, give and take 2 hours for beginners. If it rains, better to avoid as you will encounter plenty of leeches. I’ve done most of the hikes here in the rain. Still safe with normal rain. There are ropes attached to climb safely. Make sure to climb down before sunset. You will definitely get lost if it gets dark.
If heavy rain, just cancel the trip. Because there may be tree falls hence you may need to go around the normal hiking routes. That will result in hiking duration over 3-4 hours and you may not have enough time to climb down before dark. Take care and have fun.
