★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to their door boutique today to purchase doors for my singapore property, i must emphasize that their service is good, provided appropriate advice for my home. my maindoor and bedroom doors was delivered safely to my singapore house. most imprtly, they gave me factory-outlet price since they manufacture doors themselves. solid timber doors, good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called them and enquire about their products. We didn't go to their shop directly, everything was done through phone calls and whatsapp. The staff who attended us is not friendly at all. Poor service. The malay guy who came to our house to place the door we ordered has no strength to lift the door (should have more workers to send the door), thank god I was home so I helped him to lift the door and placed it. Then, 2 guys came to fix the door and now waiting for the other department to come and varnish the door. They should have more friendly staffs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very wonderful experience with the sale team 4 years ago, and 4 years later - I am coming back to commend on their excellent service. Bought my doors recently for my new house in Oct 2020. Now, they have even more selection of doors in their showroom! I was spoilt for choices, but Dragondor had a discussion with my designer and contractors to ensure that the selected doors fit my new house in terms of dimensions, overall outlook and practicality. From choosing my doors to measurements, installations and spray-painting.. very good communication from this company to my contractors. They will iron out all the details for you via whatsapp so that you are updated with all the information. Dragondor, please keep up the good-work, shout-out to Ms Kong and her team for the wonderful experience for handling the after-sale service as we needed to get the team to do some final touch up before our HOUSE OPENING! I am very satisfied with their final product!
