★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feeling cheated. Call at 4.30pm. Appointment made at 5.30pm.
Already asked by nurse and had been told her is my mum come for Tooth extraction.
Drive 30min to reach there.
After that told by the doctor not suggest to Tooth extraction so late. Better come in the morning. Have to pay rm30 for nothing. ?
If the nurse told me normally they don't suggest ppl Tooth extraction in the evening.
So I won't rush back from Singapore while I call to make appointment.
I just can go on the next day and not rush there for nothing and also hv to pay rm30 again.

Dr Ong. She is very nice and patiently explained to him. She is very professional and had her ways to deal with kids. The clinic is nice and clean too. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ong was very detailed in explaining my tooth problem and providing various options. I had my molar tooth extraction subsequently and there was totally no discomfort, of course under anesthesia. I didn’t even know it was over until she told me about its length. Extraction took under 2 minutes if not mistaken. Reasonable price too.
After 5 hours or so, numbness subsided but no pain experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to visit a dentist within JB area. I get my filling done from DR ONG. She is super nice and understanding her patient. I didn’t feel any pressure during the treatment and after the treatment. Such a good experience having Dr Ong during that time. Will visit again in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here the first time for dental appointment. Overall, I can comment that environment is clean, treatment is gd, service quality is excellent with affordable n reasonable price. Though the dentist who is serving me is young, she is very professional n meticulous in assessment of my problem tooth. I felt very comfortable that the dentist has taken great care n gentle in tooth extraction. It seems like painless during the tooth extraction process. Highly recommended. ?

She takes time to explain to me my dental condition and provide valuable advice to me. Undoubtedly the best dental care I have ever experienced. You know you are in good hands when you learn things about your dental that you had no clue about. — highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say it bad experienced for me.
I was having filling treatment at the clinic, before the treatment I only feel tooth pain when I eating but after treatment it become worst not eating also pain. I seems not fully treated the pain tooth.
Moreover, the doctor who gave the treatment seems very rush and rough even hurt my lips during the treatment.
Not recommend especially for children.
