β β β β β Finally found time to post a review about the studio I have been with for the past 8yrs, love flyyoga it trains your flexibility, strength and core, poses may look easy or effortless on pictures but try getting into it flawlessly, thatβs where the challenge is or putting it into a 3minutes routine, you can then say hello to missy stamina too ?! Though i have seen many studios blooming the past years, with enough experience I am able to spot how some poses have unsafe hammock placements, so word of advise always choose your studios carefully!

β β β β β Such a fun class. Great instructor and wonderful facility.
However, similar to one of the comments below, admin is horrendous. Admin's responses to questions is so rude and ruins an experience of what would otherwise be amazing. Probably the worst administrative personnel I've ever experienced.

β β β β β Friendly instructor with clear instruction given. Reiko is also very helpful if can't do any pose, she would guide slowly. Recommend for those who looking for fly yoga class!

β β β β β Worst yoga studio ever.
As a student for a year, personallly felt that the poses that I have learned are quite similar from class to class and poses are very easy compared to other yoga studio's. The admin is not friendly, they are not responsive to your queries and always late reply to students or they never reply.
Definitely would not recommend this yoga studio to others.

β β β β β The instruction given is good and clear. So we able to know better about aerial yoga. They emphasize the proper way of doing aerial yoga and safety instead of simply get up into hammock and do the complicated post without knowing anything. Is not how to achieve complicated post, is more about how to work towards it.

β β β β β I've been going to FlyYoga for almost one and a half year now and have noticed incredible differences in my body tone, flexibility and mental well-being. The cost is absolutely worth it - I see it as an investment in my mind and body for future health. And that's priceless!
Reiko and her team of excellent instructors are extremely professional and adapt their explanations to each individual's needs, and at the same time they are really kind, caring and always create a happy fun atmosphere.

Having a great experience at the studio. For one, I was able to form a aerial yoga family with the almost two years plus duration I had. Besides, the instructors are dedicated. I learned basics are important for a strong foundation before proceeding to advance poses. The results are rewarding when looking back at where I started to the journey that am currently on. Always looking forward to class for a new lesson and spending time flying with the ladies.
