★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented scooter today and sales person checked oil and gas both only 1/2 full , I told dale guy I might extend and was a bit worried about the oil , he told me have to come every day for oil !!!
I cancelled ,Do not tent from dream , they a con men !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have had renting a scooter during 3+ months in SE Asia. Scooter was of bad quality. Staff is rude and too busy to help you if there is a problem.

Got a scooter for 30RM for the day. It was pretty beat up (lots of damage and the speedometer wasn't working) but that was quite normal to me in Asia.
30 minutes later I stopped at a gas station and when and the key snapped in the lock. I called the shop immediately. They said they were TOO BUSY to help us and that they had NO SPARE KEY. I was told to get a taxi back.
After returning in a taxi, I handed the key to the man I got the scooter from and he stormed off immediately. Leaving me with his colleague. The second man offered me to give back the deposit, but the rental pay + money for the cab and gas was my own problem. After asking to speak to the manager (apparently the man I handed the key to), the guy became rude, started laughing at me and told me that the manager was busy and could not help me.
The day after I spoke to the manager, he was more helpful. I mention his colleagues behaviour the day before, which he laughed off and called 'a different style'. We settled on a small refund which I was not happy about, but it was clear that it would not get any better.
