My husband recommended this place, so I decided to try it last March.
Firstly, it was difficult to set an appointment. Secondly, I was greeted by a very unfriendly receptionist, who was borderline rude as though I was the ex-boyfriend that chose another woman.
The dentist that attended to me was a young chinese boy (I didn't get his name). He was playing his mobile phone right before and right after my session... as though he is doing this 'job' because his parents made him. He was bad at communication and was unable to direct the nurse properly. They even spent quite some time figuring out how to operate the machinery. I can forgive the lack of experience, but the lack of attentiveness in trying to be thorough planted extra doubts in my head.
Now 2 months later, there is a HUGE cavity at my left molar... something that this dentist failed to spot (it was too big to be formed between 2 months). Went to another dentist today, and realised that he didn't even do my scaling thoroughly because there were bad tartar buildups (also too thick to form between 2 months) within the crevices of my retainer.
I have visited other Drs Wong & Partners branches, and none has disappointed me. So unless you call for Dr Divya (which my husband recommended), you need to set your expectations.
