contact with driver to confirm if can make the delivery before MCO 3.0 but the driver was so rude and said they can't make it. We complaint to sales person for the driver's attitude but no feedback from her. We are fully understand there is closed down during MCO and still waiting our order item with no any explanation of further action from sales person.. I don't know how long we still need to wait for our order item....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of parking spaces inside the building. The pricing is affordable compared to other furniture shops. I was looking for a safe and they have full range display here. Service by sales staff was ok, will come back again when I need office furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Prai HQ branch and viewed good, extensive range of products. Pricing is reasonable, the benefit of DSOP is one-stop shop which is very convenient. Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. Big showroom really helped us decide what we needed. Purchased RM2x,xxx worth of office furniture just after CNY 2022. Items took around 4-6 weeks to deliver.
However, the installation service was not prepared well and items were not checked properly before dispatch to us.
From here on, the sales person response also became very slow.
The installation team had to come 4 times - they didn't have wall drill so couldn't mount wall items. One tabletop already had damage before installing. One table set had wrong legs. They didn't have spirit level so the wall whiteboard & corkboard all not straight. And lastly for all the furniture with doors - alignment during installation is bad and the doors cannot close, or close but scratching, or have to slam to close. End up have to adjust ourselves.
Hopefuly DSOP team can improve on these things for better overall experience.
