β β β β β Zero star. Overly priced for product of lowest quality. Beware of defective products especially during sale. Horrible customer service - shouted at when asking for a refund of defective furniture when complaining over a second problem within 3 months. Never again.

2)Three years ago I went back and purchased the Californian sofa set.... Nice and stillbstill intact.

β β β β β So so service. Took quite long time to arrive. Bad assembly/installation quality. As shown in picture, there is a big gap between the TV cabinet and the wall. Also, that means the TV cabinet is a bit off from horizontal line, causing the drawer to slide open by itself from time to time. They called me after seeing my reviews and complained to me that I shouldn't have left such review. I said if you guys come to fix the problem then I would revise my review to a good one. But too bad they never came.

β β β β β We bought rm12k worth of furnitures from this store and was promised free gifts of bolsters and umbrella, none of the free gifts came. One of the products was delivered later than the rest.

β β β β β Zero star. No quality at all. Useless service. Owner shouted when asked why there are scratches on the door which sent for repairs. Easily washing off it's none of her problem. Why when taking the customers money it's not her problem. Ridiculous. No respect at all. Not recommended for purchase.
