★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy japchae, cheese toppoji, buldak wings, mandu, dakgalbi, and free flow green tea. It’s worth with the price. fresh made and delicious. But here, they only have a few staff. So it takes time for waiting.

Tried their spicy noodles and sundubu jjigae. I prefer the noodles compare to the latter. The broth is really tasty and the noodle is really well made. Go tried their noodle, it is a must try. The service is a bit slow, need to order on the spot before took a sit. I didn't like that as i much prefer to took my leisure time flip the menu and choose the meal. but then the meal compensate for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the food was served to us cold except for the soup, cheese bibimbap and tea. Food tasted bad and the rice was mushy. At least they didn't mess up the simple instant ramen and the service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk in to dine and no one serve us until we need to approach a staff for table. Probably due to long holiday, they are short of staffs. Serving speed is fast. Staffs are polite. Ordered samgyetang and kimchi soup. The food is awful...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just happened to be around the area. Longing for Korean food. Been to IOI Malls outlet and love it. Its smaller and crowded in Pyramid.
Foodwise, somehow i feel that sundubu jigae at IOI taste better. Well, all the food perhaps. Not sure what happened.
Will stick to IOI then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Green tea is BOH, 1 bag, rip off in broad bulb-light, buy in 99 speedmart better.
2) Failed Communication. Staff did not inform clearly about dessert not ready yet, or unavailable . Only realized they missed out our Set dessert after we paid, and then Lady A told us 30mins waiting time. Bear in mind, we have 9 adults, 2 kids with us. 3 tables. No follow-up from them after a few mins, I had to walk to Lady A again to ask what's next for us. Another Male waiter then zoomed pass and asked "what's the problem sir?" (a bit agitated) & told me dessert is FOC, but it's currently unavailable. It came off to me as "hey, don't complain on something free"... But wait what? Then he called another lady B for help and she said "it is our service to serve the dessert". It raised and frowned my eyebrows, why are they saying as though it is a FREE ADD-ON, when it is clearly PART OF THE MENU of the Set?? The Lady B then said she is the supervisor, went back to kitchen and came out to "fix" our frustration with a clumsy kindergarten dessert (see picture). When I asked Lady A "where is the supervisor?", she said not around... so the Lady B lied?! Please be mindful of communication to customers, and serve everything we paid for. If not available, at least follow up and tell us. Check out other reviews, seems like an old problem unsolved for few years. First and last meal, annyeonghi gaseyo!~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to wait for a while (but it was fine). I think the food is moderate. They serve quite slow but acceptable. Customer Service were good. I like the rice very much, fragrant and tasted good. I personally ordered the "soh hoon" noodle, that's the only thing that I find slightly below average. Will still visit DuboYo again after some time
