โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service. Stood there for 20 minutes in the queue with only 2 families in front and over a dozen tables available in the restaurant. Finally, the server came and I order at the counter. The cashier told me the order will take about 40 minutes. I start making my order but she didnt even look me in the eye as I order. Click something on the screen and walked away. Absolutely ridiculous and definitely not going back there.

โ โ โ โ โ Before we get our seat, we were told that the estimated time for our order will be at least an hour, but it turns out to be less than 30 minutes once we inside. They might not want to accept many customers at one time, not due to SOP but because we dine in dinner (around 7PM) and theyโre about to close the restaurant.

Service wise this place is not great. Ordering online is something new, however Kyochon does not provide proper descriptions of each food. All description is truncated, and when clicked order is placed instead of showing full description of each order. Not great.
Drop to 1 star. Very slow services. 50 mins to get mixed 20 piece ready. Customer service blunder. Even an empty table receive their chicken earlier than our table. Plain idiotic service level.

โ โ โ โ โ All I wanted is to have nice meaty chicken and some rice dish, but it turned to be out the saddest chicken I had that week. I ordered a 12 pcs chicken( (RM32~) along with chicken cutlet bibimbap (RM 23~). If you take a look at the picture Ive posted, the chicken barely look how it was advertised. It rather look like โayam kampungโ thats typically skinny and not as meaty that you can get at the market a kilo for less that RM32.
As for the bibimbap, the only thing I enjoyed in this dish is the chicken cutlets. Everything else taste and looks dull, and for a Korean cuisine fanโฆits not even close to feel like Iโm eating a Korean dish.
Service wise, Its quite disappointing. The food took forever to be served and I keep seeing customers that came later after me was served before me despite me only having to order two dish which one of it is their main attraction. Their ordering and transaction experience is not the most convenient. As a customer, I had to sit down, look through their menu online (which took forever to load) and then place my order on the site and pay immediately through online payment.
Thus, to have a smooth and convenient dining experience this is the last place I would go for. It may differ in different branch, but here this one in particular made me felt less of a customer who ended up with a disappointing meals and not worth the trouble and money. They made KFC look more superior than them.

โ โ โ โ โ Super slow! At first you will be informed that your order will be late about 20-30 minutes because the chicken will be cook once order received. (he said we are not fast food) ? But the thing is, we have to wait for about 1 hour to get 12 pcs of chicken. Best part is the chicken all cold. Is like been cooked long time already and it is not fresh. So overall it is not about order received then only you cook. Other restaurant also same like that la. The only things is to improve your service. Bad service and very slow.

โ โ โ โ โ Before I entered the shop they already told me that its gonna take 40minute for the food to arrive so we said yes. But it didn't take long enough for our food to arrive. I took Sampler (3 different tastes);the only taste I like was Red Pepper despite it being too spicy and can see my ear was burning (haha), but it was nice anyway and the other 2 taste I don't like at all, way too salty and I really dislike the taste. But it is affordable price with a good ambience the only thing that really distracted my conversation was the kids sitting left & right yelling & throwing food and yes it got on my hoodie, my sit, my spoon but I just kept quite (dear parents please look into your kids and teach them table behaviour..I'm sure slowly there're gonna learn & not just chit chat with your friends and give the gadget at such a small age just to go away with it and pretend never see your kids throwing tantrum in public or else don't bring your kids with you..Period). ok get back to it, you need to order online & if can just pay online. Recommended
