★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is quite high for a "not so completely built room". There is no wifi on the room, weird smell of the soap and no credit card option.
The only good think is their restraunt. A delicacy, cozy, good ambient and friendly kitchen staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and spacious room, everything was in good working condition. Hot shower available as promised, with good water pressure. Just what you'll need after diving. There's a small balcony for you to hang your wet clothes. Food was basic but this could be because of the RMCO that is presently in place. No worries about social distancing here cos the place is very spacious and there's limited rooms so there won't a be a crowd. I saw a pool in the making so there'll be pool facility in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly opened for business, by widely experienced food biz entrepreneur... a bit off the busy Dungun town... but very nice, cozy, calm environment of Pulau Serai... spacious parking, relax dining atmosphere, varity of steamboat ingredient to choose from... a definitely MUST TRY food place for sure... they even have promotion for birthdays ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The DC and staffs are extra nice and they make a continuous effort to improve their services. Special thanks to Aiman for his professionalism as a dive guide. The hotel stay is not the fancy type but good enough for divers. Food is simple but can be further improve.
