★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a slow poke working at counter.. Don't tell me it takes freaking long to just add vegetables on the bread... Disappointed at the service.. Had to walk out.. Every single time I visit here. Such a slow service.. Always a disappointment donut place to visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here on Sunday, 9th Sept '18 and was not very satisfied with the worker which should have entertained the customers but instead , she talks with her friend which not even buying anything and seated at the table. And also, no one actually cleaned up the tables. Every tables has trash on it! Sad that customer should be top priority but they take it for granted and let the customer waits to be entertained and seated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffes were not friendly. I can't remember how Dunkin' Donuts take order in other outlet, but I remember there's no shouting involve. The cashier just shout my order to her friend, what I want, the sauces etc. Since the order were piling up, they ended up putting things i dont want and missed the thing i wanted.. And when my sandwich are done, they just kept on the counter and dont bother to tell me even though i was practically standing behind it(there were 2 sandwiches & Im not sure whether it's mine or others). So i was left standing there like an idiot until i asked them about my order. And they dont bother to return my 5cent balance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered chicken slice and cheese croissant sandwich and asked for reheat. I expect that the staff would understand reheat in this case means to toast it before serving. Turns out that the whole croissant was reheated in the microwave, so hot that it burned my mouth. My decision to give Dunkin Donuts sandwich a try was a mistake. I would highly recommend anybody who is looking for sandwich to stick with Subway instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been tightly clinging to Dunkins even when the alternative brands came into the market. My earliest memories of Dunkin Donuts was at Pudu bus station. The taste hasn't changed.
But very unlikely I'll be dropping by this TBS outlet again as the service was rude. It was slow but I didn't mind it due to the crowd. But rude and dismissive when I'm the one parting with my money. No just no.
