★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go to this shop when you visit ksl. Every additional step they will ask you to add money. E. G. My manicurist ask me if I wanted to wash my shins for an additional 10 ringgit? And what was worse is that the pedicure on the last three toes were not even dried. BTW this is a gel pedicure and I have to redo my nails again. Never again will I visit them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous experience. Was supposed to go to Nail Essence but thought of giving this shop a shot as it looked pleasant from the outside. The staff were quite polite and helpful INITIALLY!
Once we are seated, things start to changed. Just realized they won’t help you to clear the inside of the nails, which most palour will actually. Okay, I accepted this since it’s my fault not to ask (they also didn’t specified).
Next, they kept rushing me to choose colors and kept saying that they need it soon, need it soon. I was just seated... :(
Then next... as I have thinner skin at my nails, the lady was shaping my nails, she rubbed it hard causing the sides to become sore. I told her nicely that my hands have thinner skin, but she continued to do it again.
Before I entered, they told me the nail art costing is about 5-20... then no matter what I asked, it’s more than 20.
When I finally selected what I wanted from their instagram, they said no one knows how to do it.. and asked me to choose plain colors. I have already made known that I wanted nail designs.
so in conclusion, I regretted walking in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems like only 1 staff know what is going on in the shop, the rest were lost and following instructions. The main staff was supposed to do manicure for me but in the midst of it, she went to serve a new walk in and told another staff to shape my nails for me. The whole process was so delayed and long due to changing of staff and all. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
