My experience at this restaurant is good. Cozy and feel the air is fresh. Food overall is nice, tasty and the seasoning is good. Is not that salty for elderly. Have to try their signature bamboo prawn. The prawn is fresh. The Claypot Kangkung is crunchy and delicious. One important thing. If you go for lunch best time Arrive there around 11:15am to avoid the crowd. Parking there is limited.

Waze here , came for Thursday lunch , arrive 11:45am . Plenty of parking spaces , but when we left at 1pm it was full house . Probably some of guest check out from hotel and dine in here .. food arrive very fast ? the pig stomach pepper soup was tasty , the steam squid was ok . Village chicken was succulent. Steam fish was huge and cost rm140 for 8 adults . Stir fry vegetables donโ€™t have wok hei , the salted egg French beans was oily and not crunchy .. overall rm369 for 8 adults ..

Food Freshly made with fresh quality ingredients, mouthwatering and just the right seasoning. When eaten with the classic garlic + soy sauce + chilli the dishes enhances in flavor and deliciousness. Ambiance Spacious, great social distancing between tables. Service Friendly, helpful and efficient. Didn't wait long for food and every demand was met instantly. Watch out Drive slowly as you might miss the entrance and end up near Genting, hehe.

The fish was fresh and lala soup was really nice. The squid was very chewy and tasty as well. We called in to book for a table in advance just to avoid disappointment, however, there isn't many crowd. It could be due to many people are trying to stay home due to rising of covid cases.

A good place to have lunch and enjoy sound of nature before you go up genting or go east coast. Strongly recommend the curry prawn inside bamboo poles. The food there is delicious. Only 1 limitation is the road there is narrow and parking space is limited. And avoid peak hour if you are not patience because you may wait up to 1hour+

The environment here is nice, a change from the city. But the parking, road and waiting time here is horrendous. Try and avoid peak hours if possible. The road is narrow but it is a two way so becareful. The must have would be the pepper pork stomach soup with clams. Overall, other dishes is alright.

Bring jacket along in the evening or rainy day, as it might get chilly. Apart from the long queue and super duper narrow, rocky driveway (skillful driver needed), food and atmosphere was top notch ordered 7 dishes and cost us rm172 only. One thing to keep in mind, if you're there for the environment, be sure to ask for forest view or let the others behind u take your table and wait for the next inner hut seating.
