β β β β β So hard to pickup their phone! Worst mcD ever! Order thru Mcdelivery apps, didnt get the full order. When we called them back they just ignored our order. Passed the blame to rider somemore. Not taken it seriously at all! No responsibility! Very unsatisfied with this mcD.

β β β β β The cashier when I drove here is very good, polite and nice. But the waiting time here is not good enough. You maybe need to improve the speed of drive thru service. Otherwise, the car queue outside there will cause the traffic congested at the car park area.

Hectic day ever.. had to queue for 1 hour just to make order n luckly get the foods in 15 minutes..
I need to use the toilet, but it is closed due to the water supply ?

β β β β β I've been passerby too often, decided to step in today cause it seems like less busy than usual.
A lot of menus unvailable, they ran out of food. Forget about using coupon from the official app. The self order was problematic leaving a long que of people. No toys for kids. Table is dirty, only one kid responsible for all the cleanups. Toilets ran out of water, space was cramped.
Maybe I came in the wrong time during peak seasonal holiday (raya), where a lot of staff are taking their time off while customers are peaking. Sometimes some business should lean to say no & only serve within their limit.
I've been observing them from afar, they always had a long que of customers, super strong walk in, located at a well known place. They survived throughout decades. Don't they get used to this kind of issues?
The manpower during holiday season is very much understandable however ran out of food issue is a big no no ?β?
