★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever!! Front desk by the name of Yi Hui were playing on her phone all days, not even bother to look at you as if you were printing for free. Asking about the ETA, can give me answer like maybe 2 days, maybe 5 days. Insist me to sign received form before even look for my package.
Simply adjust my artwork without notifying.

1) Poor Customer service, person whole answer call very inpatient and sound not please to customers who call in all the time.
2) Printed material quality not standardize , print a same design and same materials chosen with two batches, but the outcome can be big different in term of color, paper thickness.
3) Poor in handling complaint and feedback. I had complaint multiple times on the wrong color printed, they do no reply and do not provide solution. They just ignore my complaint.
Good:
1) Speed of printing, before 2021 order can be printed out within 3 days and ready to collect. but since 2022 the speed is getting slow, it need take up to 5days and customers service claim they have too much order.
2) Price, their price is relatively competitive advatage in the market.
