entire company works like robot. found my file but rejected because they cannot accept banner file and flyer file in 2 separate folder under one URL. ONLY CAN PRINT ONE ORDER, ONE FOLDER under ONE URL
. and i have to place order again, to submit another file.
their minimum file upload is only 100mb. so i need to re-upload from url site, each file individually altho they already talked to me on the phone. yea, one word, LCLY.
the inflexibility of their website, took years to quote.
taking years to reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website cant uplod file more than 100mb. When print pdf file got problem. Say software problem, not their fault. Ask us use jpeg but with 350dpi. Imagine we print 10000pcs, in the end say software problem. They wont responsible for any printing issue! Ask us read term and conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving 5 star since it deserves better rating, their customer service do needs improvement, and they need to add a dtp artist to check and fix the files instead of rejecting them. Except that the quality and pricing and online system is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good, helpful staff. Although not reply immediately on WhatsApp (Probably during lunchtime) but won't wait for too long. worth to support them as they have good printing quality and price.
