Last time I went there to buy a Corsair HX1000i power supply, but it wasnβt in stock at their shop. They said that have one unit at their warehouse so I paid thinking Iβd just collect it tomorrow and went home empty handed with just the purchase receipt. After a few while, one of the worker there called me and said that he will personally deliver the PSU straight to my house in Subang Jaya. That is exactly what he did. Received the PSU in the evening. Excellent service. Really appreciate that. Keep up the good work!

β β β β β Hmm I am quite disappointed with their customer service. Sometimes they ignore my questions for days. Their workmanship is almost perfect, but very slow progress. I ordered my PC during MCO, it took about a week to arrive, which is fast. But more importantly, I think there is a lot of room to improve in their customer service, especially post-sale. While their prices are very competitive, my entire experience with them cannot warrant anything more than a star.

Very accommodating and helpful in my request for extra packing filler and carton for self-pickup and return flight to Sarawak.

Lowest prices in kl, but stock in shop so small, need to call at least 4-5 hours before going to store to let staff delivery what u want to buy in store. I used to buy here gtx1660ti, and the price was as low as possible, around 5-7% lower than in other stores.
