โ โ โ โ โ Been buying from this shop since it is the nearest computer shop within my vicinity. Prices are higher but the service by the staff is good. I do wish that prices can be slightly lowered.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service. The 2 guys sitting at the counter don't bother to serve their clients. When I ask for for help for more info on Lenovo laptop, the best answer given is "over there go and see yourself. Everything is there". At such service, left me no choice but to turn to online platform. Finally I managed to bought a similar spec laptop at lower price in Lazada. Thanks All It Xpress, because of your incompetent I saved some money.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad customer service, didn't label price on product. We just ask why so expensive due to we bought from other All IT shop price is much cheaper. Instead of explaining, he asked us to complaint he doesn't even care..very disappointed
