When in to buy a medicine and the Guy on the counter
Did not even bother to acknowledge and sitting down and then
He approach to ask what I want to buy? Told him about a specific medicine
I required, wondering what med is that, he ask me do you have picture or how it looks like?
Seriously, then why are your working there when you don’t even know medicine details?
He had ask 3 people in the center and the best part 3 of the said the med is not available.
Walked out and the guy claim “bazir massa je”. Wow such a good professional
Customer service given by the personal of the pharmacy. This will not end here and
I will ensure this pharmacy will be reported to the medical/pharmacy association
Very very irresponsible personal working there and did not have the courtesy on how to handle walk in customers.
Hope the manager acknowledge this complain/feedback.
-0 star for this pharmacy. WORST!!!
p/s: I had give 1 star or else i cant post my review- Cheap!!!
