★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i wanna check out 1month earlier due to the reason i finished my study early. They told me that I ned to get the letter from my uni to approve my reason and pay for a penalty for RM280 only. I gave. I waited them to bank in my deposit to me for almost 3months. After that now they say due to the sudden terms and conditions change they ned to deduct RM236.10 from my deposit. So, i’ve paid for 2months rental that i have not even stayed.
The management office said they just explain what HQ need them to explain. I asked for HQ number but they say they cannot give me.?

Wifi always can not connect, if want to connect you must see the room's "feng shui". WHERE? near by the toilet!??
Staff always donnot what 7 to do
clearner always sit down at the dinning hall cheat chat until finish work. the room outside corridor feel like 10 years clean once a time only
Utilities bills alway let you feel like black man question mark.neither open nor no use the air corn also very expensive
another terrible question - one year arrangement, totally dun how to count as one year. I check in on 28/5/18 and the arrangement should end in 28/5/19. However, the staff told that the arrangement will end in 16/6/19, meow meow meow ???? I think I learn something wrong from the school 1year should be equal to 13month
The only good thing might be a cheap price to rent a room with air corn and private bathroom.
