★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a business looking for courier, please run far far away from this company. They scam you every chance they get. If you are a company that deals with high volume shipment per day, there's bound to be user error that you may create duplicate shipments.
This company will not cancel and refund you for any shipments created that's passed 7 days. Only 7 days! If 1 month i understand, but 7 days? My god!
So 7 days passed and you did not ship a shipment created? Thank you for the free money easyparcel will say. As courier wont charge them, and they just take free money from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EasyParcel solved all of my e-commerce issue by providing really competitive price of all courier services, they got really good customer service as well.
I lost my parcel once, with the existing lost claim feature, I dont need approach to real customer service by just submit the related document and BOOM! They approve on the second day which surprised me! (Although the claim take several days though... but I am impressed how this claim process workflow)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most convenient platform that I've used. Got multiple option of courier companies and we can see the price comparison among the courier companies. I don't need to go out to drop off my parcel because they will provide the pick up services. So far so good, will continue using the EasyParcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EasyParcel is very convenient to me, I just need to book from EasyParcel platforms and drop off my parcel at the nearest convenience store. Super easy, right? Not only that, they even will message me to inform me when the delivery abang will be collecting my parcel and provide me with a reschedule option. Overall, so far so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's convenient and easy to use, but nowadays the pickup time is always delayed. The delivery guy always picks up the parcel one or two days late... Shouldn't you be more punctual...??
You might as well inform everyone that the actual pickup date is always one/two days after the desired pickup date ?

The bookstore that shipped it uses this company and as far as the tracking goes, they are excellent at providing information on your package from start to finish. They are much better than UPS and FEDEX here in the states. It gives me comfort in knowing that I can order again and expect that this company will be used to deliver my package. I give them 10 Stars ⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one the most convenient delivery service I have come across to date. I especially like the SMS update with tracking info. The website is also user friendly and easy to navigate. I immediately receive email and SMS update the moment my parcel arrive at the lobby with ac couple of clear photos illustrating the the actual parcel and the exact location / placement of the parcel in the lobby.
Definitely super!
