★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Went there to drop off parcels for both time , shop was locked, call the service number and staff said he left to get lunch and only will be back after half an hour! You e-commerce retail only one person working?? Really waste my time and energy!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter people are friendly and accommodating. But this is not your regular DHL. I posted my documents Thursday, hoping it will arrive on Friday. Tracking showed it went to KL! Recipient is in Penang Island! Then it went back to Penang!?! Now is Monday and they failed to deliver because courier is overloaded?!?

This is what happened before
"very very heavy smoking smell inside the premise. Visit 4 times in this week, already gave advice, but still no improve. Can't stay long inside. Management should improve, it's common sense that not smoking inside close air cond room."
