★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boss was so friendly when we bought their product in August 2019. They have a good variety of lights and fans. However, we are already facing problem with the fans we bought after 6 months. They told us handle it on our own by calling the company instead of them providing the service. We've been facing problems with the fan(making LOUD noises) twice and we are still encountering it again. Therefore, think TWICE before you visit the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest staffs, poor business etiquette, was cheated by them. Just avoid this shop if possible. Buy at your own risk and be wise, price not reasonable as well, can get more cheaper items from elsewhere. That's all I can advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly boss showing us around. We bought a good quality Acorn DC ceiling fan DC160/54 inch from them for RM 800. Workmanship another RM 70. Yes, pricey I know but a good product. Fingers crossed, I continue to think so six months from now. If not, you all will hear of it.
