★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 weeks ago I bought a tap head there and found them very friendly & helpful. I told them I was scared cannot fit my tap (I brought along my spoilt tap head) & to my surprise, the boss took a similar tap they have in their shop to try on bef selling to me. They even gave me a good discount. Before this I went to another shop & they stopped talking to me after I said what if it cannot fit. I was so happy with their service that I brought my husband few days later to buy other stuff from this shop. What's best was the boss gave us good discount too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent neighbourhood hardware store with friendly owners and staff. Reasonably priced items. Since I do a lot of plumbing and electrical works around TTDI and Damansara area I frequent this place everyday to get my necessary stuff. Recommended to other contractors and end-users alike.

Mr Tan the owner was most helpful in his search as it was not the usual common size and came up with only one left (without packing) and told me to try . No guarantee BUT FOC !! I managed to fit it in ( with youtube ) and its worked !!! Really save me a lot of hassle .Echoline privides good service & fair value for its goods . Highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am doing my house renovation after almost 1.5 years covid crisis - Ecoline team of hardware suppliers have been very useful to help me out, the rates are very genuine, they are very helpful to arrange transport, they have all the required materials for house construction - I am very happy to get to know the team especially Mr.Tan who has wide range of experience in construction industry and a noble person to recommend the correct product required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accidentally came across this hardware shop because needed something urgently on a Sunday and it turnt out to be the best hardware shop I’ve ever been.
The staff was attentive and helpful and met the owner on the second time, he was super friendly and willing to help whatever questions you have. Wide range of supplies, good customer service and reasonable price. What else can you ask for!
