★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am tourist guide and my services was rendered but my payment was not fully paid after an arrangement was agree upon.Total 6guides were utilised.There coach services was not provide accordingly(6 coaches was booked but only 3coach and 4vans)were supplied.Guest was unhappy for 4 days here on the island of Penang.Bad arrangements and planning.Till date after 1month balance payment not paid,as the person in charge Vergis not available to meet and discuss.!
