★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience to book a hotel in my life. If you ever trying to book this hotel, think twice as it may ruin your holidays.
I made a reservation on 1st Nov through WhatsApps and confirm the booking for 5-7th Nov. However, they informed me that the hotel is full house today(4th Nov). And no further message from them. I ask if can change to others room? Or any other solutions? And their action is seen my message. Can you imagine how hard to book another hotel the day before the trip?
And I dont understand that how will a successful booked turn out to be "no room for me" ? And no further reply upon this issue even make me more disappointed. So this is the way Eco Hotel treat customer?
I can accept apologize but the point is through their action you can feel the "sincerity" of their apologize. If the lowest rating is 0 star then I wouldn't rate for one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. My first time stay here with family in Superior Family room. Spacious room. All clean. Aircond is cool. Beds and mattresses are very comfortable. Within walking distance from berjaya time square. There is a mamak stall at the back of the hotel where we got our tapaw morning breakfast. Can also borrow the plates and bowl from the mamak stall to eat our roti canai in the room.
Will definitely come back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel very bad service also bad,One week ago we order 3 rooms but we reach ask he say forgot record.The most outrageous is need to wait 2 hours then we go to shopping first and then come back check in, shopping finish come back check in the boy service say got one room want to wait half an hours,we go shopping 4 hours finish come back also not yet done and carpark also inconvenient but the cleaner staff very friendly,the room tv cannot watch but i with my colleague observe finally found the wire loosen and the aircond control also broken,this hotel soundproofing not good midnight got very loud the sound,suggestion need to upgrade all rooms and windows because insecurity got something broken need to repair and service need to adjusted again.

not second time
I have make a booking for 4th June - 6th June on 11 May. But when I arrived the hotel the waiter told me that I don't make a booking. When I give them see the booking they just shout at me. The worst hotel.
