★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice experience for my first time. The room was spacious, and everything works well. However, the interior seems a little worn out. Prolly because the hotel is old, but lighting don’t help, it makes the room looks quite ancient. My first impression while entering was ‘wow, huge room and seems comfortable. But looks old?’ So my suggestion is maybe you can try to use more colors so it looks less.. gloomy. Oh, and also maybe change the iron boards? They’re so haggard ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for a night and it was good. The room was huge and worth with the price that I paid. The concierge was excellent and helpful. The receptionist was okay during check-in even with no greetings. The room condition was okay but quite old and poor lighting. Really glad that the iron and iron board are prepared in room.
But, we found 3 cigg butts in toilet despite request in advance to have super clean room, but we're quite impressed with the maid who clean my room earlier come, apologize and admit it was his mistake and clean the toilet once more. The ownership should be praised tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is worth experience (and every penny spent!!) as a short weekend getaway for family time. Adjacent with the mall with quick entrace at ground floor.
Staff are excellent service and couldn't ask for more.
The room is spacious, cleanliness and smell good. Bonus with complimentary drinks and snacks inside fridge.
The lavatory is extensive to accommodate for shower room, tub and flush toilet.
Recommended for anyone that need privacy, bonding time, leasure and quick escape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel suite we stayed in looked liked it was renovated (probably recently) to combined two room into a single suite. one room was a queen sized bedroom and another was two single beds bedroom. the suite included empty kitchen that has power outlet barely taped to wall.
Air conditioning doesn't work well in daytime. the room can get slightly warm and relaxing in room can be uncomfortable sometimes. Took dipping bath to cool down.
one of the TV could not even switched on (at least the view outside is nice). Free WiFi was fast but limited for few devices. no free overnight parking, can cost up to RM13.00.
We were also given complimentary soft drinks and snacks daily during stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was good. The room is clean and comfortable. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to the times square and very convenient. Overall everything here was good including the breakfast and lunch meals. Oh they served a vegetarian meal too. Hotel have their own parking in the basement and are not shared with times square shoppers. Value for money and have a nice stay. ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cons : Just OK hotel but definitely not 5 stars. They should really consider to change the old carpet & redo the interior or something to make it not too gloomy & more attractive.
Pro : The bed is huge and comfortable. 3 pillows provided including all basic necessities like iron & hairdryer. The room is also very spacious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time and like any other human, I have great expectations especially hearing a lot about how Berjaya Group is a prestige company and etc.
Went there, the lobby scent is bad.it smells weird and there were more than 8 staff at the reception and no one greet us.(not sure which hospitality university or experience they are from).
The manager was not looking sharp and represent the hotel bad in-terms of attire.
First impression is crucial for guests and I would rate 0/10. I used to be a hotelier myself and I know what Gold standard is.This is far far far away from It.
When I reached the room, the carpet stain was bad, there was Wine stains and the door knob is broken. Even at the Fridge, it broke too.
The smell of the carpet was humid bad like a wet dog.
I would definitely not come back again and my advise is to change your management to be more sharp and trained well. Fix your housekeeping department as the quality in bed making and cleanliness is poor. Not to forget, your front office manager because she led the team to a disaster.
Please don’t reply to my remarks with your automated message because it’s clearly stupid.
I truly heard a lot about the Berjaya reputation and have been respectful to the organization till I see this.
My feedback will either make you better or worse.You decide.
All in, I won’t come again and all the best Berjaya Times Square Hotel ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service apartment is really badddd..u have to pay for your parking, 3 towels given for 2 bedroom apartments? Even though I clearly booked for 5 person. So many tiny cockroaches in the toilet, with cracked bath tub tiles.
I've stayed at berjaya hotel and it is much better and recommended!
