β β β β β Serene and calm environment, systematic respected and strict security, stunning Taman around the condo to workout, jog, run etc , the value of condo will definitely increase long term. So far 3months staying, very peaceful and calm, good well maintained facilities with affordable maintenance fee. Professional EWRC team to handle our matters, thumbs up eco world, keep it up ????

β β β β β Great place, nice environment. Far from city, can get a peace of mind staying here. Security is strict, which is good for the residence. It's a good place to live in, especially for those who want to retire far from city, or having jobs nearby. But for those who worked in the city, this may not be an ideal location to live, it maybe good for vacation though. The downside is that there were a lot of crows there, that got very noisy in the evening. I managed to snap a picture of a tree which was full of crows, it was dark, so may not able to see clearly, but can see a crow flying there.

β β β β β Pretty intriguing. it does have a nice layout overall. Spacious outdoors.
Lake/river, walking path, clubhouse, etc. are cool.
Well planned. 3 blocks. There's some uniqueness to it.
Some units are very nicely decorated. While some weren't.
However, we didn't find it to suit us. Especially the asking price, size & mostly tiny kitchen.
It will best fit for singles or couples who don't do much of home cooking.
Nice looking, but nothing much there. Very clean though.
But there will be a lot of current & future developments (by them or by other developers) whereby I don't think it'll be quiet for the next 3 years or so.
Security is at its best. Super tight, super advanced.
