โ โ โ โ โ Always saw product is simply place. I went to few other eco outlet is better than this teluk pulai outlet. Staff professionalism is bad like know nothing of their outlet product or services. Public car park is always full. The counter is always full with queuing customer because only two counter to manage all. I saw lot walk in customer have not checking mysejahtera at the entrance. So inside is like a mess of people with no social distancing. Lastly always can't paid with app wallet. Really not convenient for only accept cash.

โ โ โ โ โ Employees told that the store closes at 8pm. But by the time I arrived at 7pm, the store was already closed. Better say the store operates until 7pm. Don't waste my time. If the store operates until 8pm, you will need to operate until 8pm. If you want to do cleaning work, change your operating hours to 7pm and you can start cleaning after 7pm.

โ โ โ โ โ Eventhough I've been here (just to send my daughter and son, but I've not enter nor patronise (purchase) anything. On this occasion I accompanied my wife on her first trip for surveying the merchandise with intentions of picking something usefull. Eventhough there are more items available on the 2nd floor, my wife was reluctant to explore further due to her leg problem. So we only purchased a few items on the ground floor.
