First masa pergi order sofuto in cup dalam 6 cups macam tu. dahlah bagi ice creamnya sikit, ada yang setengah & ada yang sikit gila. mata jeling and buat kerja hentak cup ice cream aku. bila orang tegur ice creamnya sikit terus amik cup jeling then hentak & campak cup ice cream orang. Biadap betul! Second time, pun sama. Muka takde senyum langsung, jeling sepanjang masa. Buat kerja lembab, nak heat kan makanan pun lama gila. Lepastu hentak sana sini makan aku. Tolong ya management pantau staff ni. Tak kisah penat kerja ke apa, tapi jangan nak hentak hentak makanan orang. Jeling customer macam apa je. Tak belajar customer service ke? Teruk betul
 I've been to the family mart twice and the staff is rude. his name Daniel Hakimi. First time go order sofuto in a cup in 6 cups like that. dahlah for a little ice cream, some half & some a little crazy. squint and do my ice cream cup work. when people reprimand the ice cream a little, keep amik cup jeling then hentak & measles cup ice cream people. That's rude! Second time, the same. The face does not smile directly, staring all the time. For damp work, wanting to heat food has been crazy for a long time. Then hit me here and there and eat me. Please, management, monitor this staff. It doesn't matter if you're tired of working, but don't want to hit people's food. Look at what kind of customer it is. Didn't learn customer service? Very bad

For the first time, my americano tasted weird. Water / iced water tasted like tap water. Skeptical about the hygiene of this outlet ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Damh slow there is only one employee handling customer yesterday. I came thr were long que and its a pick time but the whole family mart only one cashier ? thn I went today only one cashier but for a change he have 3 customer he take his sweet time to handle but its express counter ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service are super slow! I have waited more than 15 mins just for the food to pre-heat. Even this one female staff (Wana as her name tags stated) are Soo rude! Not even say sorry & just passed the food like that with no cutleries given. Instead, I have to reached out for the cutleries myself. I hope the managers in charge should teach the staff some customer service manners. I won't ever recommended this family mart branch.
