★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New condominium opened in 2018. It has a beautiful 360 view of Kuala Lumpur. The staff and security are very nice and professional. The condominium is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities like Eco Sky park, Tesco Extra Selayang, Petron gas station and a walking distance to Taman Wahyu commuter station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facilities and beautiful landscaping especially comes with two jacuzzi pools, aqua gym and mini golf putty holes. Low density with 3 blocks with 39 floors each. Highest floor at each block comes with two BBQ patio with a bird's eye view of KL skyline and even can see Batu Caves statue. Super tight security, not even security guards except for their head, have access to your residing floor. 2 level spacious gym room and have in house zumba class. Of course, all these comes with a pricey maintenence. Overall great condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security behave as if they are guarding the pentagon, besides unnecessary procedures they ask for unreasonable request without understanding. Some (but not all) rude, impression is terrible.
I would suggest them very simple technique, they should create a machenism whereas the resident inform them in advance that there is a drop off or visitor with vehicle no# 123, then they just allow them under the responsibility of the resident, then all this unnecessary delay and troublesome should be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guards are extremely rude. The access cards barely work half the time. If they work for regular lifts they don't work for the loading bay. Sometimes you dont even need an access card to access the loading bay lifts (able to go to all floors or depending on the settings then your card doesn't work on any floor) not sure how its 'secure'. There have been instances where few of my friends were even stuck in the loading bay lift!!! and since the access card didn't work to go to any floor we had to wait for the guards to let them out. On top of all that it's really filthy and we are supposed to load all our furniture in that lift? ridiculous.
