โ โ โ โ โ Mah Sing, please stop using M Centura facilities to hold your own events and dirty up the place even before owners moving in. Is this your main reason to delay in giving owner to collect key for vacant possession (VP)? Such shameful actions of Mah Sing to collect maintenance money from owners first while not releasing the VP to owners but enjoying yourself holding pool party that even disrupt neighborhood nearby your area. Attached photos for the public concern and hope Mah Sing can take this seriously and stop treating owners unfairly by having your own fun of M Centura facilities first before the owners.
These photos are publicly available and posted by Scuba Mermaid Club where Mah Sing allow outsiders to host event within the condo before all owners able to collect their key for their condo unit. Please be fair to your condo owners, Mah Sing, stop abusing your rights to use the facilities and make these facilities become old / dirty even before owner collect their key for their new homes.

โ โ โ โ โ Disturbing the neighbourhood. Using their multi purpose hall to do sort of like concert. The neighbourhood can feel the bass and hear the loud noise, can't image how the residents would feel if staying there.

โ โ โ โ โ Strategic location with direct access to Sentul main road. Top developer- MahSing, so you can definitely aspect a good quality product. Relatively reasonable price for the area. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Top class condo facilities including many new facilities like efficient waste management and electric/hybrid car charging hubs.
Proprietary smartphone App based resident management system that allows everything from booking facilities gym etc to managing visitors.
Pledge by developer to make it an urban green jungle by replanting every single tree(450 trees) that was originally on the construction site. This is a truly an amazing green back to nature concept.
Bought the unit on Lazada hence it was a whole new experience of purchasing properties.
A good buy and great investment. High potential for rental yield and capital appreciation.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely very Bad Quality and Poor workmanship. MahSing is just money crazy company... A lot of defects in the units and they are expecting the owner who is the paymaster to do the Quality inspection and feedback to them.
Worse part is during the sales of M Centura they mentioned KLCC and KL tower view, but this greedy MahSing company comes out with a new project M Arisa just beside the M Centura even before we got the VP... This is extremely very bad reputation for MahSing
They have collected the 4 months advances maintenence fee, but the cleaning is extremely very bad
The owner and board of directors are just too cheap scales
