โ โ โ โ โ I came here originally because it was open on a Sunday. However, I must say that the service went ABOVE AND BEYOND!
1. They were very friendly and they answered every single question that I asked. This shows that the boss was taking good care of the employees that they were happy.
2. They showed me the issues with my car so that a person at my level could understand. It did cost a lot, but I understood why it needed to be done and I was happy driving home.
3. They did not threaten me with any repair requirement. For me, all a workshop needs to do is to explain. There was one other workshop, I won't say which one, where the lady at the counter literally threatened me to change the timing belt 40,000km before it was due in the manual. She said, "If it snaps, then we do not know [we do not take responsibility a.k.a it's your own fault". I gladly say that Ecomax Tire and Car Service Center did NONE of that mistake.
This will be their first review on Google, and I am happy to say that they did an amazing job!

โ โ โ โ โ Overall pleasant experience with the mechanic team. The youngest one is particularly good at communicating problems and providing practical solutions. Good service with clarity. Price wise is reasonable. Will definitely return again for vehicle maintenance.

โ โ โ โ โ I dread getting my car fixed because its over 20 years old and not many shops are skilful enough to properly diagnose and fix it. But this shop has always been experienced, reliable and the costs are always communicated to me clearly before they start work (when it's possible to estimate). Prices are reasonable

โ โ โ โ โ Sent my car here in around August 2021 to repair the AC and I find them doing a decent job, despite being charged slightly higher when compared to other workshops. However, this will be my last visit and here I urge everyone not to think about bringing your parts here and pay them workmanship for repairs nor try to resonate with them.
On 4 April 2022, my car have a busted wheel bearing due to the recent flood in March 2022 while my window regulator did the same, so I ought to find them back for repairs since they are the nearest to me. I thought of using my own parts and pay them workmanship to replace the defective parts instead so I tried to ask and discuss if it's possible but the old Chinese person, which I assume is the head of the mechanics, then suddenly got triggered when I mentioned about it.
Because I need to use my car soon, I decided to have it their way. However, the old Chinese guy, still refused to attend me and being rude to me despite I allow him to do it his way, telling me he is very busy with other cars. Being helpless and short of time, I'd rather not resonate nor argue with him.
So long story short, if you think about bringing your parts here to repair, I suggest you find the other workshops instead. You wouldn't like the cold treatment here, I swear.
