★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is a very unpleasant experience over here. The engine oil they are using for my X-50 is 5-40 while as I know the current engine oil proton using for X-50 is 0-20. The manager told me proton will standardise all the engine oil to 5-40 version. After service, the car engine felt kinda heavy and not as smooth as before. The felt of insecurity lead me to another service centre to get confirmation whether Proton really standardise on using 5-40 engine oil towards all X50 vehicle. The other service centre said there is no such thing! I was very dissapointed towards this unprofessional way of dealing with customers. Hope this matter will be taken seriously by management to avoid any other more victims like me!
