Hopeless, useless staff. Don't even waste your time at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a 2 hours massage here a few back, it was so painful and I understand my muscles is not relax as I haven't massage in 2 years so it's bound to happen.The masseuse should tell people's every step they are doing without us getting a shocks so now on my left arm and knees is still swollen and water fluid is in my knees so it's hard for me to walk, I was shocked and cried a bit I admit ,I have done loads of massages like shiatsu but never had this worsts experience in my life and 1 thing I am not happy is when the masseuse massage my throat.....omg I freaked out that's a big NO NO in my book it felt like she is strangling me so now I have a Phobia about it
Never again I will massage there but only will use the hot room.
All my experience in massages that I have gone too no one touches the throat only the neck area so they should band that here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grace is the best. Love her points massage. Not relaxing, some points with "knots" surely pain but worth it. Did my pregnancy and post delivery massage. I had bad water retention which I thought was just some pregnancy fats. Went to her, she nicely explained and magically 2kgs just gone with one session massage. So big differences that even my husband and sister in law realised the next day. 3rd pregnancy now, she helps a lot with lower back pain. She knows what she's doing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place and service. Lily is very good she got rid of my arm pain and soothed my back. Very friendly and always asked if I was okay, if it hurts or not. Nice ambience and satisfied, their ginger tea is a must to drink after a massage.
