β β β β β Purchased rm2400 super expensive package, told me 10yrs warranty and bill stated 10yrs warranty. 6yrs 1 window peel off, 7yr another, 8yrs all 4 windows tinted peel off. Went to the cheras shop, staff shown me their company package hidden warranty said only 8yrs! Kena cheat for purchased this super expensive but low quality package!

β β β β β Very bad customer service. Sent my vehicle to tint the 2 front windows. The price quoted was RM720, which is higher than the average. They also charged for removing the existing tint. When I wanted to put the front black visor tint 7 inch on the windscreen, they wanted to charge another RM50. I explained all shops don't charge for visor, but they still insisted to charge RM30.
So I drove my car out and went to another shop. I got all four windows tinted, at much cheaper price. The brand was 3M, also 5 years warranty. They didn't charge for removing the existing tint, and didn't charge for the front visor.
This Ecotint shop is too calculative. Charge every single sen. Very bad customer service, will not come back to this shop.

β β β β β Service was fast and friendly. But the workmanship is bad. My front windshield cost is rm 1,000 ++, but the finished product not as expected, and the workmanship is really really bad. Not satisfied with it.
