★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t mind slow, was expecting it but will not accept rudeness. That’s what I received from staff MAS ATIKAH today. She didn’t make me feel like I was in a bank but interrogated me like a criminal in a police station! For a supposedly simple process, her questions was intrusive and unnecessary and her remarks unacceptable. She, instead of explaining, underestimated my unsurety for stupidity which I’m certainly not! She was a bully indeed! Absolutely disgraceful attitude. Shame.
