β β β β β Went to the sales gallery without appointment, it didn't say on your website that must make appointment before visit. The sales who attended to us was impatience and with the attitude that 'why ask so much, i dont think you can afford to buy type'. What a turn off.

β β β β β Got called for VP and went there happily to collect the keys. The staff showed the brief case with all the keys minus the main door keys and mentioned that the main door keys are with the building supervisor who is waiting for me at unit. Don't ever sign the paper believing the management staff. Pure lies. To my horror , once I reached the unit, the guy gives me what looked like a spare key and said the main door key is missing. VP a house just to fulfil bank criteria but can't even check if keys are available. ? It was a struggle to get them to replace the lockset.
Doors and windows can't even be closed. Hairline cracks every where. Worst part was when we installed items like fan, lights, and water heater, the main board starts tripping. Almost 3 months now without a resolution. They kept saying rectification work is in progress but every time we check the unit , not even a dust was moved.
Awful developer with substandard quality.

I got passion in my .... Show it! show it!
Anyway,, it is a nice park to walk.. take a ride in the bungee car, to observe the only park not opened for any residents.. so as outsiders/potential buyer, you can ride on this park.. but until you are an owner, hahahaha
