★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has 4 different park to walk around... It is nice to walk in circles all of them in the evening till sunset... Very mesmerising and relaxing... There is a bicycle lane surrounding this housing estate...
The security guards are well-trained and have very good manners.. they will do routine round this housing estate hourly or so..
There is no complaint for the surrounding and environment which is the main selling point for this estate...
So far,, the property price had not increased from 2014 to 2020 which could be a bargain now..
But you should really come and have a look at this landscape yourselves~
